TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
We are trying to keep this web site simple and this also applies to our Terms and Conditions. Many sites include pages of legal jargon which are impossible to read and very confusing so we have tried to strip ours down to the bare essentials. If there is anything you are unclear about please contact us before ordering.
 
 
RETAIL ORDERS
 
All prices are inclusive of VAT and include free Postage and Packaging within the United Kingdom.
 
If you are outside of the UK please contact us at info@lookingeast.co.uk for delivery charges to your destination as this will be dependent on the the weight of your purchase and where you live.
 
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or cheque.
 
We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 2 working days of receiving your payment.
 
Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
 
All goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class service. We will obtain proof of postage and email you when we have dispatched your item. Please allow at least 3 days for delivery.
 
If you require more urgent delivery please email us at info@lookingeast.co.uk   for alternative services and any delivery surcharges. Please allow at least one week from dispatch date before contacting us about a non arrival of your item. Also before contacting us please check with your local sorting office that the parcel is not there as your postman might not have left a card. If the parcel cannot be found we will arrange a replacement item to be sent. We cannot however be held responsible if an incorrect address has been given to us.
 
In the unlikely event that your item should be damaged or faulty in any way we must be notified either by email or phone within 7 days of you receiving the item. We will need to receive the item back in its original condition and packaging before we send out a replacement.
 
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase we will need to be notified either by phone or email within 5 days of you receiving it and we will need to receive it back within 10 days of you receiving it. For you to receive a refund the item must be in its original packaging and condition and be fit for resale. A fee of £6.00 will be deducted from the original purchase price to cover our initial Postage and Packaging costs.
